During this time, I have seen how many public administrations lack strategic planning for their communication actions, operating reactively and without defined objectives. This guide was created to address this need, with a practical approach adapted to the specificities of the public sector, whose goals and communication channels differ from those of the business environment.

The book offers a simple and realistic methodology for designing effective communication plans, based on my experience in organizations such as the Generalitat Valenciana, the City Council of Calp, and the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency. Designed for both communications professionals and public officials without specific training in this field, it uses clear and accessible language. The objective is to help any administration, regardless of size, structure its communication strategy and strengthen the bond with citizens.
