I am a civil servant and journalist with more than 23 years of experience in the public sector, specialising in communication within public administrations.
I am a civil servant and journalist with more than 23 years of experience in the public sector, specialising in communication within public administrations.
I have worked in institutions such as the Valencian Employment and Training Service of the Generalitat Valenciana, the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency and the City Council of Calpe (Alicante), developing and implementing institutional communication strategies, both external and internal.
My professional career focuses on promoting more effective, human and transparent public communication, as well as strengthening the personal brand of those working in the public sector. Over the years, I have implemented innovative communication actions that have been recognised for their positive impact.
With a degree in Information Sciences and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media, I am currently studying for a PhD in Social Communication. Within this framework, I have carried out a research stay in the Communication Directorate of the European Parliament, where I have been able to learn first-hand how institutional communication is organised and managed in a highly complex international environment.
I combine my professional activity with teaching, participation as a lecturer and speaker, the publication of books and articles, and collaborations with the media. All of this with the aim of transforming communication in public administrations into a strategic tool at the service of citizens.
